NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Administrative
� No lifeguard is on duty at this pool. Swim at your own risk.
� The State of North Carolina stresses Children should not use the swimming pool without adult supervision and adults should not swim alone.
� Unaccompanied children are permitted with a completed and signed parental release form.
� Pool passes must be utilized in order to gain access to the pool area. No pass no entrance, no exceptions.
� All parties entering the pool must sign in at the monitor�s station.
� Only one pool pass per household will be issued.
� Replacement pool passes $20.00.
� Anyone entering the pool area must comply with all pool rules. Failure to do so will result in having pool privileges revoked.
� The pool manager will give violators of any pool rule one warning. The second infraction will result in pool suspension and you must leave the pool area and clubhouse.
� Once pool suspension has been implemented the homeowner will be required to meet with the board to discuss the Infraction and disposition of length of time the suspension will be enforced.
� Everyone must shower before entering the pool. Please make sure you turn the showers off after using them.
� Arguing with, harassing or other intimidating actions toward the monitor is prohibited and will result in suspension of pool privileges. The monitor is required to enforce all pool rules without exception.
